IN SEARCH OF: Family and Friends in North Carolina and New Jersey

I came across this mystery photo among my first cousin Ethel Mae Campbell’s belongings. She joined our ancestors last year, and my sister gifted me many of her pictures and keepsakes.

I am really curious about this photograph. Based on the clothing, it appears to have been taken in the very early 1900s. I wonder if this could be our mother’s older sister, Rebecca, whom we never had the chance to meet.

It could be someone from Ethel Mae’s father’s side of the family, but I doubt that, as I don’t think she knew them very well.
