$100 REWARD. Runaway from the subscriber on the 2d of July, his negro man NED. Said negro is 22 years old, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, well built, weighs 170 or 175 pounds, bushy hair, has a scar on his forehead, his left foot cut with an axe.
He is supposed to be lurking in the neighborhood of Lumberton or Mr John McCollum's on Ashpole, of whom I purchased him last March.
I will give a reward of fifty dollars for his delivery to me or his confinement in any Jail so that I can get him again. I will also give fifty dollars for evidence to convict any white man of harboring or employing him.
