W. A. Pattillo High School was a historical Black high school in Tarboro, North Carolina, operating from 1924 until 1970. Originally built as the Tarboro Colored School, it was later renamed to honor principal W. A. Pattillo and eventually transitioned into today's W. A. Pattillo Middle School.

The active W. A. Pattillo High School National Alumni Association maintains the school's heritage, holding regular reunions and community events in Tarboro.
